If your treadmill or fitness gear doesn't meet your expectations, our team is here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and power cords are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
